Tutorial: Create a Custom Tote Bag

Learn how to create artwork for a custom tote bag using PhotoPlus 6 free image and photo editing software in six easy steps. Download the 8.5"x11" tote bag template that makes it easier than ever to create artwork that will print perfectly on your custom tote bag.

Here are the steps you will take to create custom tote bag artwork:

 Step 1: Open a tote bag template.
 Step 2: Delete the current photo.
 Step 3: Place your own photo.
 Step 4: Resize your photo.
 Step 5: Customize your text.
 Step 6: Save PhotoPlus file and Export to a JPG file.

Let's get started...

Step 1 - Open a tote bag template.

 Download the 8.5"x11" tote bag template file (PhotoPlus format .Spp).

   Right-mouse click this link: 85x11 tote bag_portrait

Note: The tutorial artwork is in portrait / vertical mode. You can easily change the orientation by changing the canvas size dimensions from the Image Menu.

 Choose Save As to save the file to your own PC hard drive.

From the File Menu, choose Open.

From the Startup Wizard, click Open Saved Work

Click Browse and locate the tote bag template SPP file that you saved to your local
   hard drive.

Open the template file.
